TX based company purchasing property in OK

Hello BP community

I just entered a purchase agreement for RV/ self storage in OK, my business is TX based LLC. ( dallas )
Can I run my OK based RV/self storage with my TX business ?
I will also need financing , so I figured it will be easier to find a local commercial lender, and they might require me to have a OK LLC .
Any Oklahoma attorneys or Oklahoma lenders are welcome to reach out and contact me

Thank you,

@Naor Biringer

Good Afternoon,

I am not a licensed lender nor an attorney however I do work in the same office as a few commercial lenders and I’ve gotten their advice to try and assist the best I can!

With that said if you already have a Texas based LLC that will be sufficient enough to acquire financing from a local lender. Generally most lenders could careless about the location of the LLC as long as you do have an LLC. That would be the same for operating the RV/Self Storage as well!

If you’re looking for a commercial lender in the local Oklahoma area I have a few good recommendations!

Best wishes!
