Rookie realtor looking to connect

Hi All!

I'm new to the forum here and my career for that matter ;) My Dad forced me to listen to BiggerPockets podcasts and audio books every summer I worked with him. I guess it paid off because here I am! Anyway, I'm looking to commit to my real estate career and investing. I've saved up enough money to pay the bills for the next few months and am literally walking the streets knocking on doors to find deals. I've found a couple of leads that I am working. I live in Stillwater, Ok which is a BOOMING college town. If anyone is looking for "boots on the ground" in this great community. Just HMU! Thanks for welcoming me to the community.
