Oklahoma Possible Eviction

I guess the inevitable is happening. After almost 5 years in the game I have a tenant that has not paid, nor will give me an estimate on when they will have funds. I plan on serving the 5 day notice tomorrow. Anyone on here have experience and care to walk me through the process? Any referrals to a lawyer if needed to complete the eviction? Is the 5 day form for OK in the forms section still valid? I appreciate any input.

since you are a newbie at this get a lawyer.  I have a few i can send you info on.  it is not that pricey and worth them helping you through the process so you can learn if you want to handle it yourself in the future.  it is much better than a lecture or dirty look from the judge in front of a room full of tenants for handling things wrong.
