Good zip codes in Oklahoma City area

For all locals and experienced investors in Oklahoma, can you quickly list out the good zip codes in Oklahoma City area? By "good" I mean A or B neighborhood, of course, each of you might have different definition of A and B but I would love to hear from you all. I appreciate your help!

i would go more by school district than zip code if it were me if you are looking for A and B properties.  I personally like the C properties but if you are going for A and B then look at schools here in okc.
