Oklahoma Water Metering for Multi-Families/Apartments
Hello there Oklahomans,
I'm beginning the search for multi-family properties in Oklahoma City and have a quick question. Is it common for water to be sub-metered in multi-family houses/apartments, or does the landlord typically eat that cost?
Thanks for the help!
