What's your opinion on this HOA development in Cary, NC?

Does anyone have any thoughts on buying in the Applecross Development/Subdivision in Cary (off SW Cary Parkway, at Applecross Drive)?  It seems like a nice area, as is Cary in general.

    @Suzanne Player Applecross limits the number of rentals in the development. You do NOT want to invest here.
