I need a 2nd opinion on a vacant house.

I'm looking at a home in central NC that has sat vacant for 10 years and I'm trying to determine current value. I think That I need a 2nd opinion more than a full service inspection at least for now. How do you handle this? Is this a job for a home inspector?

Are you interested in the current value or ARV once fixed up? Either way, the easiest method is to ask an agent. They can run a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for you.
