Woodlake & McConnel Crossing Mobile Homes in Greensboro

Hello all,

I'm curious if anyone has had any experience purchasing and renting out homes in some of the mobile home communities around Greensboro. We are particularly interested in Woodlake and McConnel Crossing. Thoughts on these complexes or in renting mobile home properties in the triad area in general?

Any and all info would be appreciated!
