Surprising story on the website about the alledged . I guess the employees decided there was a better cash flow system than what we think of here on BP;) 

I can'r recall ever paying with cash at their office, I usually have certified funds. But it makes me wonder why such a large county would have such poor processes in place until recently. I also wonder, since the article mentioned it, if the insurance claim will be challenged by the insurance carrier due to negligent oversight of the office. Looks like multiple people were indicted and maybe (if convicted) that will lead to judgements and recovery of taxpayer money...
