@Eric F. , it seems like the multifamily market is over saturated in Raleigh, are SFHs a better way to go there?   I'm fairly new to investing in that area so I'm not 100% sure what works and what doesn't.

Thanks @Connie Bhimireddy !  I look forward to what your mother has to say, word of mouth is the best way to find a good realtor!  Are you local or invest from out of state?  I recently have started talking with Joseph, but am trying to get linked in with other RE Investors in the area.

Good afternoon NC BP community!

I am a resident of Southern Pines, NC but am interested in investing in Raleigh/ Southern Raleigh area.  I am looking at multifamily properties (2 - 4 units).  I am trying to find a good realtor that knows the Southern Raleigh area well and also understands what a RE investor is looking for in a property (Not just trying to sell me a pretty house, but understands forced equity, cash flow, etc.).  Does anyone have any recommendations of realtors that they have used in the past in that area?

Jeremy, I'm interested in the 1350 N Ridge street, do you have any more pictures of it?

Hello all, I am a young working professional looking to start investing in real estate in North Carolina, specifically the Raleigh or Fayetteville area.  I am most interested in buy  and hold properties to rent out, but am open to other real estate opportunities.
