Raleigh-Durham area Contractor Recommendation that does flips

I've got an out-of-state investor that is looking for a contractor in the Raleigh Durham area that handles flips. Any recommendations?

This particular investor would need the contractor to visit the site once we locate a property to provide construction cost... and would potentially earn the job.
