NC Turnkey Providers?

Hello all, are there any well-established NC Turnkey Providers? Ideally in the Triangle area? I'm a CA investor who went to college in the area and would love to find a house or two to invest in.

I haven't met any turnkey providers in the area, but there are some ready to rent homes or some that may need just a light, cosmetic rehab to get it rent ready.  What kind of numbers are you looking for?  For example, if you spent $150k on a house, what would you expect it to rent for?

Which college did you go to?  :)
