Hey all,

I am looking into the Winston-Salem area for apartment buildings. Doing my market research now, and was wondering what the locals there have to say about the job and wage growth in the last couple of years.

How is the apartment market there, and rent growth?

I am looking into the Easton View area, just south of I-40

Cheers!
