Queens Investment Property

Hello All,

I am thinking about buying a rental property(duplex) in the queens. I am trying to narrow down neighborhoods to focus on with my budget around 700k. From my research I can see that there are turnkey properties available in the Jamaica area including St. Albans, Laurelton, and Bellerose areas.  What is everyone's take on these areas?  Are there ones I should be looking at more?

Since this is my first property I would like to find an area that will have a predictably steady appreciation.   l dont necessarily need to have maximum cash flow.

Thank you all in advance.

I'm not sure if you will have any cash flow, unless your planning on putting down 50% or more.
