My name is Gerard Connolly and I am an officer in the U.S. Army. I plan to end my time in service in October and return to where I grew up, Queens NY. I am interested in investing in duplex/triplex/quadplexes in this area. I have 3 questions: 1) What Is a good area in queens/LI to start investing in real estate? The house prices are generally above average. 2) BP has a few good analysis tools. Does anyone have a template that tracks their properties' performance that they are willing to share? I am trying to see how tracking multiple properties over the long term works. 3) Does anyone know an investor in this area who needs someone to lend a hand and who I can learn from? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Respectfully, Gerard Connolly
