Thinking Of Purchasing A Cabin

Hey there!

My boyfriend and I are thinking of purchasing a cabin in the Cowles, NM, area. There are some really good deals on cabins, and we are looking at it as a place we could get away on the weekends. My question is that the cabins we are looking at are on leased land in Santa Fe National Forest. Does anyone in the area know how the leased land works? Is this just a fee you continually pay for the land? Is there any danger of losing the lease one day?

Thanks for any advice!

Krystallin

Contact James congdon.

James is the local expert realtor by far.

I have a home in Pecos and worked there 6 yrs.
