Cape May, NJ Settlement/Closing Attorney recommendation

Hello Friends,

I am working on buying a vacation home in Cape May direct from a seller. Anyone have recommendations for a local settlement attorney to handle the closing? Also, do you think it is better to work with local banks or national lenders?
