Hi all - the attached link is a CMA adjustment guide from 2018. Obviously these are ball park estimates that vary from market to market. It would be nice to direct buyers / sellers to a reliable source to give them an idea of what type of value an extra bed or bath would provide when comps are scarce. Please feel free to share your thoughts and app / guide / resource you are currently referring to.
