Hi BP Members!

I'm happy to state thanks to this community I've was able to wholesale a few properties in New Jersey about 2 years back! I'm ready to come back after savings and some investments I would like to do my first flip and possibly partner up. I would like to connect with realtors, wholesalers and investors who would like to work together.

Now that I feel like my funds are ready I would like to use a FHA or a 203k if possible, I honestly would rather partner up with a flipper just to gain the experience since I have private and hard money access. It's been a while since I looked at Essex and surrounding areas my target price is 350k. I reside in Newark NJ and I don't mind driving 1 hour for a potential deal if the flip make sense, I'm open to multiple locations because I want to use this experience more as education to keep playing the game longer.

I also would like to know the community thoughts on New Jersey "possibly" being to overpriced is it to early to see how this wave of evictions will affect the market or covid hasn't made it's impact on the real estate market yet?
