Investing in Middlesex County, NJ

Hi Everyone,

I've been reading on BP for a while and generally trying to gain knowledge about real estate. I'm in the process of acquiring my first property in Middlesex County.

Can anyone share their experiences of investing in Middlesex County? (Particularly around Rutgers- College Avenue or Douglas)

Thanks in advanced!

Hey Luis. Send me a private message and we can discuss it. No one on this site knows more about that area than me. I own property there, also am a realtor there and have the largest property management company in town. We cover Middlesex, Somerset, Union and parts of Mercer county but our bread and butter is student rentals in New Brunswick.
