NJ Home Inspector Licensing Requirements
So I just wanted to ask if anyone could shed some light on what it's like being a New Jersey Home Inspector. I'm currently an engineer but like what I see as far as the flexibility and how much my experience might help. I'm also trying to find out what NJ requires to become licensed, be it testing, onsite training, etc. as it seems it varies from state to state. Any information is appreciated! Thanks!

There's some good info on becoming an NJ home inspector here: https://www.nachi.org/newjerseyapprovesinternachi2008.htm
I looked into it a while back but I seems like there is a lot of competition in North Jersey. And there's also the relatively long (and unpaid) apprenticeship with a licensed inspector. Good luck!
