@Brett C.

Thanks for your response Brett! I also hear of Keene being very tenant friendly with high growth for rental. Definitely need to look in that area and explore more

@Shane Moynihan

Thanks for the insight Shane! You have a unique plan which I wrote down and plan to do. I came to New Hampshire to do City Year which is a nonprofit organization. Did it for two years and my plan was to purchase a multifamily property where one side I’ll rent it out to a member of City Year and then within a year after house hacking plan to purchase another multifamily (goal a 4plexs) and go from there. College student population in Manchester is high as well so that could be a possibility as well. Definitely would like to pick your brain for more knowledge Sir.

@Jonathan R McLaughlin

Thank you for your insight Jonathan! Job growth in the area I see is highly improving which will bring in more with population.

@Scot Masingill

Appreciate the insight Scot! I hear the border of Massachusetts is really attractive especially having NH residents working in Mass which is an advantage. But I’ll also look around the the I-93 area and look at the market around there.

@Brian Dano

Thank you for that information Brian! I'm still going to do my research and look around the market weekly. Also I see you being a Real estate agent, I'm taking my test next month and I feel that will help tremendously especially having access to the MLS

Good Afternoon everyone,

Within the next 6months or year I plan on purchasing my first multifamily property where I plan on beginning my real estate investing career. Always been a life long dream of mines. I’m wondering which towns in NH are individuals are investing in and the best for location where I can get great cash flow and appreciation over the years. I live in the Manchester area and looking at prices I feel there not as bad as Massachusetts. Looking for insights and perhaps guidance on where to look and possibilities.

@Lucas Croteau

Hey Lucas, congratulations on getting your Real estate License in MA. You will do great in both market once you receive your NH license as well. I’m currently taking Real estate classes and planning to go for my License in a month and later for MA next year.

I interviewed for Keller Williams firm in Bedford two weeks ago and I would tell you (even thou there’s a lot of agent in the office) the environment in the office is very friendly and their willing to help plus training classes M-F, twice a day. Planning to interview with more firm but I think I’ll be joining there firm. Ultimately it depends on you if you want a big or small firm. Also I’m located in Manchester as well, we should connect soon possibly so I can hear your goals and pick your mind because I’m pursuing the entrepreneurial side within 6 month leaving the 9-5 world going after my dreams.

Hopefully this helps and have a great day!
