New Hampshire Real Estate Agent Recommendation Needed

This is a question for investors/flippers in New Hampshire. Can you recommend NH real estate agents who have demonstrated high knowledge and value in helping you source investment opportunities in bank owned, foreclosures, per-forclosures and before they hit the general market in the MLS? I am a real estate agent so not looking for recommendations for typical real estate agents who do primarily resale homes. I am looking specifically for agents who you can confirm know this niche and have are worth their salt, so to speak!
