Seeking Buy & Hold investors or House Flippers

Hi All,

I am a young professional looking to start my first real estate investment. Are there any buy and hold or house flipping investors around Montana that would be willing to talk to a newb like me? I currently live and work in Bozeman, and am looking at areas like Butte, Billings, and Helena for my first deal since the market here is so crazy. Would love to talk with anyone for 15 minutes or so to learn about your investment careers! Thanks.

Most everyone I know in the buy and hold around here in helena is putting their money elsewhere and waiting. There's too many out of staters offering 20% or more over asking sight unseen on anything with 4 walls and roof. Things need to stabilize and rents need to rise before theres any deals to be really had. Everytime i find a potential BRRRR property it gets 10 offers on it. NP for me im a contractor so i make my money on retail remodels instead.
