@Dominic Eickert I was also thinking about flips. With how crazy the home prices are in the Gallatin Valley it seems like they would work quite well, depending on the purchase price you could negotiate to. Would have to be on an off market deal with all of the cash offers that are flying around.

I am a young professional looking to start my first real estate investment. Are there any buy and hold or house flipping investors around Montana that would be willing to talk to a newb like me? I currently live and work in Bozeman, and am looking at areas like Butte, Billings, and Helena for my first deal since the market here is so crazy.
