Hello Everyone, 

My name is Xavier. My partner and I are actively pursing to purchase a Hotel/Motel/Multifamily in Big Bear CA, Gulf Shores AL, Gatlinburg TN, and Forgotten Coast FL by Q1 of this year. We currently have multiple short term rentals in CA and TN and are looking to grow our portfolio. Does anyone know of any commercial brokers in those 4 areas? If you know of any commercial brokers in other vacation rental areas all recommendations and introductions would be greatly appreciated.

Where is this motel located? Are there any major attractions in the area that would make it appealing to keep as a motel?
