Looking for possible mentor...

Hello, 

I'm looking for someone who could be a mentor or at least someone who could help guide me in my future real estate investing plan.  

About me, 36 year old independent financial advisor. I'm handy and do all of my own remodel work currently. I'll be debt free (other than mortgage) in 2 years and at that time, will have a significant amount of free cash flow.  I'm not looking to be a real estate mogul, I just want to have a few rentals eventually. Possibly flip a house or two over time. I'm also really interested in learning about wholesaling. 

I've been a financial planner for 10 years so I can hopefully offer some guidance in return for someone willing to guide me. Or, if I can learn how to wholesale I could potentially be a source for you.  Just some thoughts...
