I have a buyer who is looking for a rent to own property in the Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka, Andover, New Brighton, Roseville, Arden Hills, Maplewood, Shoreview, and Vadnais Heights areas - 1/2 acre +. (not interested in St. Paul or Minneapolis).  >$200k

If you have a rental property with option in any of these areas PLEASE let me know!
