Thank you for you're insight @Bruce Runn but I would be simply networking with cash buyers, I have no intent on putting cash buyers on my email or mailing list. personally I wouldn't be asking for there contact until we establish a good connection. I don't know if you deny wholesaler's but I do know if the cash buyers I'm talking to are actually serious about flipping homes then they wont pass up a great deal just because someone has the title of wholesaling

I'm new in RE and I have been learning as much as I can about wholesaling , now I'm looking into getting my feet wet in the industry! would love to network with new people who are trying to do the same thing!
