Duplex, triplex or fourplex in Eastpointe, MI

Recently received positive recommendations about Eastpointe Michigan and surrounding areas and so reaching out to investors and wholesalers knowledgable about this area to get your thoughts on issues like safety, attractability of the area to renters and the type of inventory. So far all my experience has been with SFR so keen to look at duplex, triplex or fourplexes. In the searches I've done on realtor.com I haven't seen too many of these. Are these considered desirable properties in this area?

Thanks in advance,

Paul

Just a quick look seems like a fair number of small multis in the Eastpointe area, Roseville and such.  What do you mean by desirable?  Call a few property managers in that area.  They'll have a boots-on-the-ground view.
