Benton Harbor Realtor Recommendation

Hi there!   I'm looking for a realtor in the Benton Harbor/St.Joseph Michigan area who works with real estate investors and knows the area and rental rules well.   Does anyone have any recommendations they can pass along?  We are first time investors out of the Chicago area and looking for a few properties in Benton Harbor St. Joseph area.  

In addition, if anyone has any feedback about buying investment properties the area don't be shy!
