Hi BP,

Does anyone here invest in multifamilies in Clinton Massachusetts? I'd like to learn more about that market as it seems to be more affordable than surrounding towns to the east. I'm looking to start with a 2-4 fam house hack on an FHA loan.

What has your experience been like investing in Clinton?

Depending on finishes and sq ft for 1/1 rent ranges from $1,050/mth to $1,275 and for 2/2 the range is $1,300 to $1,500
