Hello All! I have been aggressively searching for larger multis in worcester for the past five months. My company just purchased a six unit and we are closing soon on another six unit. We are now trying to find other deals through MLS, brokers, and off market pursuits. There really is not a lot out there. Property owners I targeted are waiting for a pay day and almost all of the larger multis on MLS/listing sites (There are only about 5) are overpriced and in areas of Worcester still trying to catch up. Here's hoping the spring brings more inventory.

Greetings BP community!

I work for an investor/property manager who owns a fairly large portfolio in central MA. We recently acquired an 18 unit building in Fall River and we are looking to grow our presence there. We are looking for larger buildings (6+ units preferably). I am would to build relationships with commercial brokers in the area. We are hungry and creative so please reach out and lets do some deals! Thank you!

Hello!

I am a young real estate investor currently learning under an experienced investor in central Massachusetts. I am involved in the rehab of a fire damaged, three floor, six unit building in Worcester, MA and am looking for referrals for structural and mechanical engineers to support this project. I am also trying to get a baseline on what a mechanical bid should look like. It is essentially a shell so all new systems need to be placed and installed including fire safety. The bids I have received so far seem incredibly overpriced based on bids I have seen in other areas of mass but this is my first project in Worcester. Any knowledge anyone can pass along would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

I work with a property management company owned by an experienced investor operating in Worcester County. We have recently been exploring the idea of moving into the STR space and I have been researching properties in Cape Cod, Conway NH, and Portland ME. This looks like a perfect group to get some insight from. I am unable to attend tonight's meeting unfortunately but would like to in the future. How often does your group meet?
