Evicted Tenant Default Rents - What to Do with Them?

I have had number of evictions in past years of landlording. Thousands of dollars I never received, even with court order.

Tried to call some collection agencies, nobody want to deal with this since I dont have the current address of these people as they left.

I feel there is a better way to deal with this, any suggestions?

In many jurisdictions when you file for an eviction you can request a money judgment as well. If you obtain said judgment, If deadbeat ever gets a job or buys real estate, you can get paid via garnishment or lien.
