I'm curious what kind of Cap Rates you're getting around your local areas... more specifically around the Malden area for multi family properties...?

    Greater Boston 2 to 4%, Malden, Everett, Medford etc. 5 to 7% Lowell Massachusetts, Lawrence Massachusetts Worcester 8 to 10% cap rate.
