Massachusetts RE Lawyer Recommendations?

Hi all,

Anyone have a recommendation for a good real estate lawyer in Massachusetts? Primarily needed for acquisitions and due diligence (for multifamily $2mn-$5mn deal size). Ideally professional, well-versed/experienced and at a fair rate.

I'm based out of Boston but I primarily invest in Central/MetroWest MA if it matters. Thanks!
