Looking to Build Network in South Coast Massachusetts!

Hello BP!

I am a new investor in the south coast region of Massachusetts, primarily focusing in the following areas:

New Bedford, Fall River, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Acushnet,

I'm looking to start connecting with others and begin building my network of professionals. I think it would be a great to start a thread for people to share any recommendations they might have for professionals they have worked with in the real estate world. 

This could be any one of the following:

Contractors

Real estate attorneys

Tax savvy accountants

Insurance agents

Property managers

Lenders (private or hard)

Banks

Appraisers 

Inspectors 

Title companies 

Other investors!

Partners

Plumbers

Roofers

Electricians

The list could go on and on but you get the idea. Anyone who you might just recommend doing business with. 

I'm posting this in hopes to grow my own network, but I think everyone else can benefit as well!

I'll start by making my own recommendation of course. I've attended that last two SouthCoast REI Meetups in Fall River, hosted by Gualter Amarelo. It's a small meetup right now but it's great to get out and talk with others who have similar goals and interests. I recommend anyone interested to check it out!
