Real Estate Agent Needed in Boston Area

I am looking to purchase a 2-family home in the Newton, West Roxbury, Dedham area of Boston. It would an owner occupant with an FHA and traditional financing. I am looking for an agent that knows the area and can bring me a great deal first. If you are an agent in the area or know somebody - I would really appreciate the recommendation.
