Hi - I am looking to take some cash out of a short terms rental I own outright in New Hampshire. I'd like to take that money and buy another rental property. Any banks that have decent rates in the NH area? Thanks in advance!

@Jason Muth thanks for the response. I am also full of SEO ideas but really starting to think it’s not a great investment of time. Any other suggestions that you’ve used that are helpful. For us, both properties are dog friendly and that has been a big deal in terms of rentals.

Hi - 

We live in a nice complex that is about to be expanded with newer/nicer condos going in. In order to get our vote, the developer will be doing lots of work  on our complex for free and assure that our fees stay flat for many years. However, I am concerned about the values going down as a result of this build. 

I'm looking to get a bit of input from folks that have had this happen. For some background; the complex is in Chestnut Hill, MA and the condos in my complex currently go for ~$235K and are up from $200K from 2 years ago.

I am looking to purchase a 2-family home in the Newton, West Roxbury, Dedham area of Boston. It would an owner occupant with an FHA and traditional financing.
