Deleading on a condo
Hi there - I’m closing on a condo in Charlestown that hasn’t been renovated in …ages. It’s in a 1880s brownstone with 2 other independent condos.
My question: reading the MA laws, tenants need to not be present for the time period of the actual deleading. What I can’t figure out is if this includes the other units in the building or just my unit that I’m deleading? This obviously is a much bigger deal if it involves displaces other units tenants.
