Looking for a tax advisor/cpa that is reasonably priced and familiar with investors in residential rental properties for tax counseling/advice.

If you don't get any leads here on BP, I recommend going to your local REI meetups once they're back on. In the meantime, many of those meetup groups have Facebook groups you can join to network locally and ask for referrals.
