I am looking for a RE friendly local bank in the Howard County/Baltimore area to start a new banking relationship. Any recommendations?

@Sekelle O.

Because you're going for rehabs and rentals funded by private money and hard money loans, you may need to get a portfolio lender that doesn't require seasoning on title after the rehab and uses the appraised value or one that doesn't income qualify.  Bank financing can be tough in those areas.
