Proposed new eviction law attached to homelessness bill in Maine

My eviction lawyer send email to me with proposed bill draft attached that may become new eviction law for all maine landlord's if people don't call and complain about it to committee proposing it.

Bill draft labeled "an act to prevent  homelessness will be amending section 16 MRS 6004 of maine statue.

"The procedures and requirements proposed in this bill are completely unnecessary, and will only add time and expense to what should be a quick and easy process. The net result of this will be more out of pocket costs for landlords to evict problem tenants."

Maine Landlord's please read bill and act accordingly. Screen shot 1st pg as reference only.
