Bangor vacant houses.

Has anyone had any success investing in the vacant houses in the city? I came across one that has an absentee owner due to inheriting the house in 2015.

@Harold Jones The x’s usually means the home has been condemned by the city. There are normally major issues with the property that will need to be fixed and shown to the code enforcement officer so he can check that the property is completely up to code and habitable
