I'm currently making moves to get approved on a loan for a multifamily house in Virginia Beach area. Looking to do some research into property managers in that area so I can expand my small business! Also looking at the possibility into taking some money out of my current investments to continue rolling the snowball!

hey all, My first tenants lease is about to be up. I was wondering how long I should hold onto the leasing documents? What are best practices?

Hey Scott, I own a property in the area. It’s very block to block. I also live pretty close by in Barton heights. What would you like to know?
Thank you everyone with your advice. The updated information is that I misunderstood what they meant by full year, they meant until the end of the year. Like October, November, December.... Totally cool with it now, also not at all sketchy!!!

Hey all I was wondering if any of you have had this happen before. It seems kind of sketchy for the tenant to want to pay full years rent. What should I look out for, how can I protect myself for anything bad that can happen? Any and all advice will be appreciated!
