Tiny Homes —> Investment Opportunity?

I am wondering if there is an opportunity in the market for tiny home community developments.

Has anyone else been thinking about this?

Would anyone be interested in helping me put together a team to develop tiny home communities in Iowa?

I am thinking larger lots with beautiful outdoor areas and a relatively tiny home with a nice deck that’s on a cement slab. Iowa residents need something to keep them safe from tornadoes, so maybe having a bathroom enclosed in cement would ensure they have a safe place to go.
