How You Know You Invest in Real Estate

When I volunteered with a non-profit we always needed space for training events. When I drive around I’d evaluate a place and ask myself if it would be a good location for training.

Now I find myself driving by neighborhoods and looking at investment .

What do you do that only investors would do?
