Hello my name is Zach Schiffer, I’ll be moving to Jacksonville Florida this summer. I’m looking to expand my network and learn as much as possible about single family/ multi family flips and holds. the do’s and the don’t, what areas to stay away from what contractors/accountants/lawyers/ property managers do you recommend. Any advise would be greatly appreciate. I feel overwhelmed with all the aspects of real estate and would appreciate any guidance.

Welcome to Jacksonville! If you are interested in multi-family and already moving, I would suggest possibly looking for a duplex to live in half and rent half, to get started. This is how I got started and took away a lot of the feeling of being overwhelmed when buying my first home.

Good luck with the move and feel free to send me a connection request.
