Southern Nevada Water Landscape Rebate Program

The Southern Nevada Water Authority has a landscaping program where they’ll reimburse the homeowner $3 per square foot up to 10,000 square feet to replace their landscaping with water conserving landscaping. Has anyone had any experience with this program?
