The Southern Nevada Water Authority has a landscaping program where they’ll reimburse the owner $3 per square foot up to 10,000 square feet to replace landscaping with water conserving plants. Has anyone had experience with this program?

My main concern is that the owner has to grant a conservation easement.

Hi, Republic Services has a lien on my rental property for unpaid trash bills. My tenant had not paid the trash bills. Can Republic Services legally lien my property or has anyone had any luck getting the lien fees waived?

Thank you,

Thomas
